Who is the basic mobile app package suitable for?
This package is suitable for business owners, entrepreneurs, dropshippers, and retail businesses with a tight budget.
Who is the custom mobile app package suitable for?
The custom plan are for businesses willing to invest in having a custom app for their business such as marketplace, supermarkets, and wholesale businesses.
What is the difference between the basic and custom package?
The basic plan takes its interface from your live website mobile view (hence the term webview). However, it has a welcome screen that welcomes first timers to your business and some bottom / sidebar navigations that opens up key pages on your website such as Login page, Cart, Checkout, etc.
The custom plan doesn’t load the mobile view of your e-commerce website. It has an independently designed interface from onboarding to product displays typically designed by a UI/UX designer to compliment your branding and give a more professional and aesthetic appeal. However, depending on your payment method, customers may be redirected in-app to the live website for secured payment.
Do you upload the app for me on App stores?
Yes, we will help you set up a Google and Apple developer’s account. Then, we will proceed to lauch the test app and the final live version of the app for your e-commerce website.
However, the basic app plan does not include setting up or uploading your e-commerce app to Apple appstore because of the cost.
Is the Google / Apple developer fee included in the plan?
Yes. The $25 Google developer one-time fee is included in either plans. The first-year $99 Apple developer’s fee is included in the custom plan.
Who renews the $99/yr Apple developer account fee?
That will be you. We can help you make the payment if you are finding difficulty doing it yourself but you may have to include money for coffee.
What’s your average turnaround time?
It depends. On average, we use 2-8 weeks to build the app from scratch to completion. General rule of thumb is the more features your site demands, the more time it will take to set up and test each feature. However, If you have a deadline for your project launch, do communicate it properly so measures can be put in place to meet up.
